We are pleased to inform our clients and distributors of a new victory of Perfumatic Group BCN in the protection of its intellectual property rights and in the fight against the unlawful copying of the patented technology of our device.

Even though, in the current global environment, the unauthorized copying of new technical developments has become a widespread practice, and that proving such infringements at a legislative level often presents significant challenges, our company consistently and systematically takes all necessary measures to protect its inventions and technologies.

Within the framework of this strategy, we filed an official objection against the unlawful use by Chinese manufacturers of the patented technology of the perfume spraying device, the rights to which are owned by Perfumatic Group BCN, represented by its founder and owner.

As a result of the proceedings, the China National Intellectual Property Administration declared two patents invalid, as they infringed our lawful rights and interests as the rightful owner.

This decision once again confirms that the protection of intellectual property is not only possible, but essential. We consider it fundamentally important to defend our rights to inventions that constitute our property and represent the result of substantial financial investments and intellectual efforts.
